Description
A local farm, almost completely hidden in the enchanting countryside, will welcome us for a visit and a tasting of this delicious goat cheese.
A unique experience where you will experience the farmer’s love for animals and the care he puts into his cheese, which made him such a success. We will discover how the cheese is made, its nutritional value, and its importance throughout history.
In a fabulous and authentic atmosphere, in the green Umbrian fields, surrounded by 150 goats and a dog, named JJ, we will sample the different varieties of the delicious cheese and… why not? …we will finish our glorious day with a glass of Sagrantino wine!
If you are a cheese lover and you dream of goat cheese, I will share with you one of the most exciting experiences ever. Although day programs can be personalized, these are the main activities of this experience.
